Since we’re a newer build, we stayed true to ADA guidelines. We’re proud to say our venue is fully ADA friendly.

We have plenty of parking on the property. We have 75 paved parking spots and a lot for overflow parking.

While Austin, TX has 300+ sunny days per year, at the off chance of rain, we could either host ceremonies inside near our fire place or in our stables.

In our main hall, our venue can hold up to 500 people standing. Furniture and dance floors do affect this capacity though. Fully furnished with tables and chairs, our venue can accommodate 300 guests.

We do have prep kitchens available in both or Main Hall and Stables venues.

We do allow 3rd party vendors! Allowing 3rd party vendors gives our couples a chance to create a day that feels unique to you. We do highly recommend going off our preferred vendors list for vendors that truly know our venue, though.

We require at least a day-of coordinator and a full-service catering team. This helps to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

Yes! We love showing our couples around the venue. You can book a time to tour here. We do have limited tour times on the weekend. If you would like a weekend tour time, please reach out to sales@thevidereestate.com.

We do not provide all-inclusive packages at the moment. We do have a preferred vendors sheet that we share with our couples, but it is not a requirement to use any vendor on that list.

Because we have our own TABC license, no alcohol is allowed to be brought on the property. We do have all different types of bar packages to accommodate our couples and are able to customize depending on your tastes!

Yes - depending on our availability, we do have a separate venue for welcome parties and rehearsal dinners that can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Weddings

Rates will depend on the size of your wedding, date, month, and year. During off-season, our pricing ranges between $5,000 and $11,500.
During our in-season months, our prices can range from $5,500 and $16,000. We build in taxes, set up, and fees into all our venue rates.
We do often have specials going on, so reach out to sales@thevidereestate.com to inquire about your specific date!

Our off-season months include January, February, July, and August.
In-season includes March, April, May, October, November, and December.
We also have shoulder-season months in June and September!

Included in our venue rental rate is access to our 2 getting ready spaces, the main hall (ceremony deck, cocktail deck, and reception hall), reception tables and chairs, and furniture set up. Additionally, at least 1 venue manager will be on-site during your event day to ensure things run smoothly from the venue’s end.

Once the contract and initial payments are made, your date is officially secured!

We host all types of events from big weddings, galas, fundraisers, micro weddings, and dinners.

Whether you’re a booked client, new client, or vendor, we do not allow walk-in visits to the property. All site visits must be scheduled beforehand, even if you’re just coming in quickly to see the venue!
